Banc of America Capital Access Funds aims to increase the value of our fund investments, and our investors’ returns, by developing and deepening relationships among Bank of America, the funds in our portfolio, and the companies that make up those funds’ portfolios.
We achieve this by making the appropriate Bank of America resources, products and services available to the funds and their portfolio companies through a consistent and informed point of contact within our team. In particular, we facilitate deal flow, provide
due diligence assistance and industry expertise, arrange connections among the companies within our portfolio, and generate relationships with potential business partners and customers.
At the fund level, the information we provide can assist our member funds with both pre-investment due diligence and post-investment portfolio management assistance.
At the portfolio company level, we can help add value to our fund managers’ investments with a range of Bank of America products and services. We introduce companies and their senior executives to our lenders and other sources of additional financing and can help provide deposit and investment products.
